Touch the Sound: An alternative way to experience music through art

People mainly experience music through auditive senses while they attend a concert. Through the use of haptic technologies, I endeavor to alter and trigger people’s sensibility emphasizing a choice of senses such as touch, sight and hearing.

This project explores music and technology as media for social relations, questioning how we perceive and sense performances in order to generate an alternative scenario for experiencing music. This, in its turn, could generate alternative cultural practices.
