I have used Euripides’ classical drama Medea as my framework. Using this story as a starting point I have created scenes in which I interpret the text associatively on the basis of my own observations.

My intention is to translate the theatrical and dramatic language into moving images by visually placing myself in the dilemma I imagine Medea is experiencing. Before, and after, she decides to carry out her drastic plan of killing her children to avenge the man who has betrayed her.
