I distort and push everything I have experienced, and experience, to the extreme – the way I want to see and remember it. I often work on my family and my feelings for them. I try to stage what I know in a systematic and controlled way.

The image “To my mother, father and two brothers” is part of a long series of images and films from the past seven years I have been working on my family. Everything I have done is dedicated to them.
